One search bar for everything
Search order numbers, customer details, addresses, products, SKUs, notes, tags and custom fields at once. Each result shows where it matched, even when the match is a gift recipient’s name stored in a custom field.
One fast, indexed search bar for WooCommerce orders, plus combinable filters, custom-field search and saved segments.
WC Order Search Pro replaces WooCommerce's order search with one search bar that also looks inside SKUs, order notes, addresses, coupon codes and any custom checkout field you mark searchable. Filters stack on top of the search, each result shows what matched, and any search can be saved as a one-click segment. It works with HPOS and legacy order storage.
Search order numbers, customer details, addresses, products, SKUs, notes, tags and custom fields at once. Each result shows where it matched, even when the match is a gift recipient’s name stored in a custom field.
Tick any order meta key to make it searchable, or add your own. No code needed. A dedicated index keeps searches fast on large, HPOS-enabled stores.
Filter by payment and shipping method, country, customer group, tag, total, coupon and date. Save any combination as a one-click segment for the whole team.
See what your team searches for most, and which searches come back empty, so you know which fields to make searchable next.
WooCommerce’s order search works when you already know the order number or the customer’s email. It gets hard when you don’t: the SKU that went out wrong, a gift recipient’s name stored in a custom checkout field, the note a colleague left on an order last week. Custom fields can be made searchable, but only by adding a code filter, and order notes and SKUs aren’t searched at all.
In Order Search Pro’s settings, open Searchable Fields. It lists the meta keys found on your recent orders; tick the ones you want. A key that hasn’t appeared on a recent order yet can be added by name. New orders pick up the change straight away, and “Rebuild search index” applies it to older ones.
Select orders in the results and you can add the same order note to all of them, tag them, export them to CSV with the columns you choose, or print packing slips. Tags are searchable and filterable afterwards.
The analytics screen shows the most-searched terms and the searches that came back empty. A search that keeps returning nothing usually means the field staff are looking for isn’t marked searchable yet.
* Multisite: one license covers the whole network, and each subsite running the plugin counts
as one site against the license's site limit (1, 3, 5, or unlimited). The license is stored
network-wide and only a network (super) admin can activate or deactivate it.
* Adding a subsite, or activating the plugin on one, takes an activation automatically; deactivating
the plugin on a subsite or deleting the subsite frees it again. Updates are only offered while
every subsite running the plugin is activated.
* Uninstall now removes this add-on's license settings and its license re-check event.
It runs alongside WooCommerce and never changes its files, so you can keep updating WooCommerce as usual.
