What does a licence include?
One licence key for the number of sites you choose, from one to unlimited, every feature of that product, and a year of updates and email support. Each product page lists the site counts it is sold for. Every licence has the same features. You only pay more to use it on more sites.
What happens when my licence expires?
The add-on keeps working on your site. You stop receiving updates and support until you renew.
Can I use one licence on more than one site?
Yes, if you buy a licence for more than one site. Each product page lists the site counts it is sold for. A 1-site key is active on one site at a time. On a multisite network, each subsite running the add-on counts as one site. You can move a key yourself: deactivate it on the old site, then activate it on the new one.
What does the Expiry + Renewal bundle cost?
$99 a year for one site, instead of $118 for the two add-ons bought separately. You get both plugins, and one licence key activates both on the same site.
Do I need LearnDash, AffiliateWP or WooCommerce?
Yes. Each add-on extends one of them and does nothing on its own. The exact versions each add-on needs are listed on its product page under Requirements.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Email support@pluginsprout.com within 14 days of buying, from the address you bought with, and we refund the full amount.
How do I pay?
By card at checkout, processed by Stripe. Your licence key is shown on the receipt page and emailed to you straight away.
