Live product search in chat
It searches your catalogue and answers with the current price and stock status, then shows product cards with an Add to Cart button.
An AI chat widget for WooCommerce that finds products, checks live price and stock, and answers store policy questions.
Woo AI Product Recommender adds a chat assistant to your WooCommerce store. It looks up live price and stock before answering product questions and shows product cards with Add to Cart. It answers shipping and returns questions only from text you write, checks order status, and hands the customer to a person when it can't help. It runs on the AI provider you choose (DeepSeek, ChatGPT, Qwen or Grok), with your own API key.
It searches your catalogue and answers with the current price and stock status, then shows product cards with an Add to Cart button.
Write your shipping policy, returns policy and FAQ once, and the assistant answers from that text and nothing else.
Customers can check an order with the order number and email. After an add-to-cart it suggests a related product, and it can open itself when a visitor is about to leave.
When a customer asks for a person, or the assistant can’t help, it offers your email, WhatsApp or contact page.
Track conversations started, add-to-carts from chat, conversion rate and the revenue the chat helped close.
Most shopper questions are the same handful: is this in stock, do you ship to my country, how do returns work, where is my order. Answering them by email is slow. A generic chatbot is quick, but it answers from whatever it remembers or scraped, which is how it ends up quoting last month’s price.
You pay us a yearly licence fee for the plugin. Your AI provider bills your own account for usage: every customer message is one API call. Related-product suggestions and product learning don’t call the AI provider. Each visitor can send 20 messages every five minutes, which keeps one person from running up your bill.
The Analytics tab counts conversations, Add to Carts from chat, conversion rate and revenue. An order only counts if it followed an Add to Cart from a chat card, it counts once, and it has to be paid.
### Features
* Choose the AI provider that powers the chat: DeepSeek, ChatGPT (OpenAI), Qwen (Alibaba Cloud),
or Grok (xAI), on the new **AI Provider** tab (formerly **DeepSeek API**).
* Each provider keeps its own API key and model, so switching never loses a saved key.
* Qwen supports both the International (Singapore) and China (Beijing) regions.
* New `wp-config.php` key constants: `WAPR_OPENAI_API_KEY`, `WAPR_QWEN_API_KEY`,
`WAPR_GROK_API_KEY` (alongside the existing `WAPR_DEEP_SEEK_API_KEY`).
### Upgrading
* Existing sites keep using DeepSeek with their saved key and model; nothing to reconfigure.
### License & updates
* Multisite: one license covers the whole network, and each subsite running the plugin counts
as one site against the license's site limit (1, 3, 5, or unlimited). The license is stored
network-wide and only a network (super) admin can activate or deactivate it.
* Adding a subsite, or activating the plugin on one, takes an activation automatically; deactivating
the plugin on a subsite or deleting the subsite frees it again. Updates are only offered while
every subsite running the plugin is activated.
It runs alongside WooCommerce and never changes its files, so you can keep updating WooCommerce as usual.

Shoppers keep asking the same product and shipping questions, and you want them answered instantly.
You sell only a few products and prefer to answer every question yourself.
Yes, from one of four providers: DeepSeek, ChatGPT (OpenAI), Qwen (Alibaba Cloud) or Grok (xAI). You choose on the AI Provider tab, and the provider bills usage directly to your account. Each provider keeps its own key, so you can switch later.
It's built not to. Every price and stock answer comes from a live WooCommerce lookup, and the assistant is told to use only that data and your policy text. Like any AI assistant it can still misread an unusual question, so keep the human hand-off switched on.
That depends on the provider and model you choose, their current prices, and how much your shoppers chat. Each customer message is one API call on your account. Related-product suggestions and product learning don't call the AI provider.
Yes. Define WAPR_DEEP_SEEK_API_KEY in wp-config.php. The settings field then locks and shows why.
Simple products that are in stock and purchasable. Variable, grouped and external products show a View Product link, because the shopper has to choose options first.
Yes. The human hand-off can go to email, WhatsApp or any link you choose, such as a contact form or your live-chat tool.
The chat widget loads in the site footer, so your theme needs to call wp_footer(), which almost all do. Colours and fonts are set on the Appearance tab, and there is a Custom CSS box for anything else.
One licence key for 1, 3, 5 or unlimited sites, whichever you pick at checkout, valid for a year. Every licence has every feature, plus all updates and support for that year. If you don't renew, the plugin keeps working but stops receiving updates.
Yes. Email support@pluginsprout.com within 14 days of buying, from the address you bought with, and we refund the full amount.
