Help with an add-on
It saves a round of back-and-forth if you include:
- the add-on and its version (Plugins → Installed Plugins)
- your WordPress and PHP versions, and the version of LearnDash, AffiliateWP or WooCommerce
- what you expected, what happened instead, and any error message
- a screenshot, if it’s something you can see on screen
Tell us the email address you bought with. You don’t need to send your licence key.
Licences and downloads
Your licence keys, and the sites each one is active on, are in My Licences. You can move a licence to a new site yourself: deactivate it on the old site, then activate it on the new one. Receipts and download links are in Order history.

Every purchase has a 14-day money-back guarantee. Email us from the address you bought with, within 14 days of buying, and we’ll refund the full amount.
