These terms apply when you buy or use an add-on from PluginSprout, a product of DistroCode LLC, a company based in the United States (“we”, “us”). By completing a purchase you agree to them. Questions: support@pluginsprout.com.
Your licence
- Each purchase gives you one licence key for one add-on. A bundle gives you one key that activates every add-on in it.
- A licence key can be active on as many WordPress sites as the licence you bought allows, from one site to unlimited. Each product page lists the site counts it is sold for. On a multisite network, each subsite running the add-on counts as one site. You can move a key by deactivating it on one site and activating it on another.
- A licence lasts one year from purchase and includes updates and support for that year.
- When a licence expires, the add-on keeps working, but you stop receiving updates and support until you renew. Licences are not renewed automatically.
Price and payment
The price is shown on each product page and at checkout, in US dollars. Payment is taken by Stripe when you complete checkout. No sales tax or VAT is added at checkout.
Refunds
You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. See our Refund Policy.
Support
Support is by email at support@pluginsprout.com. We aim to reply within 24 hours, Monday to Friday. Support covers installing, setting up and fixing problems with our add-ons. It doesn’t cover custom development or problems caused by other plugins or themes.
Requirements
Each add-on needs the host plugin named on its product page (LearnDash, AffiliateWP or WooCommerce) and the WordPress and PHP versions listed there. Please check them before you buy. Some add-ons also need an outside service, such as your own AI API key, which is billed by that provider.
Your responsibilities
Keep backups of your site and test updates before using them on a live site. Don’t share, resell or publish your licence key.
Warranty and liability
Add-ons are provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the licence in question. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can’t be excluded.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force when you buy applies to that purchase.
