How to ask for a refund
Email support@pluginsprout.com within 14 days of your purchase, from the address you bought with or with your order number. We refund the full amount to your original payment method. There are no forms, and you don’t have to give a reason.
What happens to your licence
When a purchase is refunded, its licence key is deactivated. Please remove the add-on from your site; it will no longer receive updates or support.
After 14 days
Purchases older than 14 days are not normally refunded. If something is broken and we can’t fix it, contact us anyway and we’ll look at it case by case.
Renewals
Licences last one year and are not renewed automatically. If you choose to renew, the renewal is a new payment and has the same 14-day guarantee.
